Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to succeed, and these terms ensure a clear understanding of our commitment and yours.

Course & Web Services Access & License

Upon successful purchase, you'll receive access to our course materials or the initiation of your web services project. This grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your personal and professional educational purposes only. For website services, this grants you the right to the final work upon completion and final payment. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of our course content or website design without our express written permission.

We stand by the quality of "The Lions Den Blueprint." If you're not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from your original purchase date. You must submit your refund request in writing to [Insert Contact Email or Support Portal Link Here] within the 7-day period.

Your access to the course will be revoked upon refund processing.

Please note that refunds requested after the 7-day period will not be granted.

Website Creation Services

Project Scope: The scope of your website project, including the number of pages, features, and timeline, will be determined by a detailed quote provided to you before work begins.

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and branding materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials will affect the project timeline.

Content Creation: You are responsible for providing all website content (text, images, branding). If you would like us to write content for you, this is a separate, paid service. Please let us know if you would like a quote for content creation.

Domain & Hosting: You are responsible for purchasing and managing your own domain name (e.g., www.yournotarybusiness.com) and web hosting. We will provide instructions and support for this setup.

Ongoing Website Maintenance: We offer a monthly maintenance package to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. This is a separate subscription service that ensures your website remains a powerful asset for your business long after launch.

Results May Vary & Self-Learning Accountability

Your success is directly tied to your effort and application of the course material. While our course provides comprehensive, legally-grounded training and actionable strategies for building a mobile and online notary and loan signing business in Texas, results may vary significantly from person to person. This course is designed as an accountable self-learning process. We provide the blueprint, but your active participation, dedication, and consistent implementation of the steps outlined are paramount. We do not guarantee specific income levels, client acquisition rates, or business outcomes, as these depend on numerous individual factors, including but not limited to your personal commitment, marketing efforts, local market conditions, and adherence to all legal requirements.

"The Lions Den Blueprint" provides educational content based on current Texas Government Code §406, Civil Practice and Remedies Code §121, and Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Chapter 87. However, laws and regulations can change, and it is your sole responsibility to stay updated on all applicable state and federal laws related to your notary and loan signing business.
