What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is a special certificate issued by the Texas Secretary of State. It is attached to your original document to verify that the signature of the public official—such as a Notary Public or County Clerk—is authentic. This allows your Texas-issued document to be legally recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention.

For countries not in the Hague Convention, a similar "Certificate of Authentication" is issued. We handle both.

We start with a consultation to understand your needs. You provide the document, and we perform an expert review to ensure it meets the strict requirements of the Secretary of State, preventing common rejection errors.

2

Package Preparation

We prepare the complete submission package, including the required state forms (like Form 2102) and ensure all state fees are correctly calculated and included.

3

Our professional courier service hand-delivers your documents directly to the Secretary of State's office in Austin. This is faster and more secure than mail, eliminating the risk of lost documents.
