Lions Den Remote Online & Mobile Notary Service Fees
Tex. Gov't. Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public, or their employer, may charge for notary public services. A Notary Public who charges more than the maximum set out below subjects the notary to possible criminal prosecution and suspension or revocation of the notary’s notary public commission by the Secretary of State's office.
Notaries Public may charge the following fees:
Services:
Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment,
register and seal $4.00Each notice of protest $1.00
Protesting in all other cases $4.00
Certificate and seal to a protest $4.00
Taking the acknowledgment or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:
(1) for the first signature $10.00
(2) for each additional signature $1.00
Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal $10.00
All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for $10.00
Copies of all records and papers in the Notary Public's office, for each page $1.00
Taking the depositions of witnesses, for each 100 words $1.00
Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition $10.00
All notarial acts not provided for $10.00

What type of ID is acceptable?
Non expired Driver's license from a U.S. state Federal or state ID card Military ID card U.S. passport.
Do you have an office?
Yes I have a office but unfortunely its only for completing online notarizations, I can travel to your office, workplace, neighborhood Starbucks, wherever you'd like to meet to take care of your notary needs.
Could you print out the documents for me?
Yes most certainly for a small fee of 25 cent per page I can print and scan your documents.
How long does the process take?
The time it takes varies case by case. I can give a couple of examples; one document with one signer could only take about 5 minutes, where as home loan documents up to 115 pages with one signer could take up to 45 minutes.
Do you go to hospitals and jails?
Yes I do.
Do you work after 5PM?
Yes we are a around the clock notary services, extra fees may be aplicable
